The SCA BOG approved the following actions:

SCA has donated
$10,000 to AKC/Companion Animal Relief and directed that $7500 of that
amount be provided to St. Francis Sanctuary in Tylertown.

SCA has also
agreed to match donations made by SCA members, up to ½ the profits of the
SCA 2005 National Specialty, made to: AKC/CAR, St. Francis Sanctuary
in Tylertown MS, Louisiana Veterinary Medical Association, Mississippi
Veterinary Medical Association, Noah’s Wish, the American Red Cross, or the
Salvation Army. A matching funds application will be sent to the
members with the dues notices.
